PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project involved the three storey extension of a medical super clinic, including asphalt carpark and the refurbishment of existing commercial shopfronts into a radiology centre. Red Eye Constructions were engaged to build this new medical centre complex which included:

SCOPE OF WORKS

Three (3) level new construction works:​

  • Civil excavation including over 40 screwed piles

  • Core filled blockwork and render

  • New lift and lobby area

  • Commercial grade shopfront, sunshades and handrails

  • Electrical including emergency exit, data and main switchboard upgrade

  • Basement carpark

  • Landscaped asphalt carpark for 20 vehicles
