Since being established in 2005 by Brett Craig and Brad Ridge, Red Eye has grown to be a successful business offering Construction, Interiors, Joinery and Electrical services to our customers. Our management team structure has been established with individual managers across each business unit to ensure performance accountability. 

The management team all work together to uphold our commitment to the Red Eye Leadership Behaviours and the Red Eye Values, which underpins the way we conduct business with our customers and suppliers, and provides guidance for the conduct of our employees.
