PROJECT OVERVIEW

Lingard Day Surgery is an extension of Lingard Private Hospital right in the heart of Newcastle. It is a facility purpose-built to cater for high volumes of patients, delivering high quality services within a new facility where patients are provided a pleasant and comfortable environment. With state-of the-art technology the surgery offers surgeons cutting-edge surgical equipment and facilities with which to work. The day surgery now provides three (3) operating theatres, two (2) endoscopy suites, 24 recovery bays and a multi-level carpark with 130 car spaces.

Red Eye were engaged to complete the design and construction of the Day Surgery which included:

One (4) level incl. Basement Carpark – 2600m2 new construction & fitout:

  • Lift Lobby, Entry Waiting Area incl. Reception

  • New Operating Theatres x 3  

  • Endoscopy Suites x 2
