PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Medical Centre facility is a two-level medical centre, including café, over 2,266 square metres, with an upper and lower level basement car park with capacity for 81 car spaces adjacent to the Gosford Private Hospital. The medical centre is strata-titled, with 14 medical suites, which are to be used as consulting suites for surgeons, specialist consultants and General Practitioners.

 

Red Eye were engaged for the new construction of the medical centre which included:

  • Civil Earthworks - Excavation & piling

  • Fifteen (15) Consulting Suites for future tenancies

  • Upper & Lower Basement Carpark

  • Fitout – Consulting Suites
