PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project involved the construction of a new light industrial building comprising 10 separate factory Units with amenities including external concrete vehicle and bicycle parking facilities.

The new facility provides local trades-based businesses a space to operate from and showcase their trades to school-based apprentices and trainees.

Red Eye were engaged to build this brand new facility which included:

SCOPE OF WORKS

Single level - 1500m2 new construction:

  • Civil excavation / 20 x screwed piles

  • Core filled blockwork

  • Concrete Slab (Approx 2,600m2)

  • Metal Work (Palisade fencing and guardrails)

  • Commercial grade roller shutter doors x 11

  • Toilet Amenities

  • Electrical including emergency exit, data and main distribution board

  • Concrete Carpark & Access (21 cars
    and 11 bicycle spaces) Landscaped exterior
