PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Brokenwood new Cellar Door was built to create a “Home in the Hunter” for Brokenwood’s wine club members and the Hunter Valley’s growing tourism. The Cellar Door is now the largest in the Hunter Valley wine region, covering 1,400 square metres. The new facility includes a large tasting room, an expansive outdoor terrace, two private tasting rooms and two restaurant dining venues (a casual eatery, Cru Bar + Pantry and modern dining room),
a wine museum overlooking the working barrel hall and a lounge area.
Red Eye were engaged to expand the Cellar Door & construct a new restaurant with museum which included:
