PROJECT OVERVIEW

The level 1 addition to the existing building included construction of a first-floor space, a common area and lift, as well as the subdivision of the ground floor to accommodate two tenancies. This involved the construction of an inter tenancy wall and the installation of a commercial entry suite into the subdivided area. External works included the removal of landscaping and the construction of additional parking spaces. As part of the main construction Red Eye was also engaged to complete the fitout of the level 1 tenancy for occupation by KidsPoint – A private paediatric practice providing both specialist medical and allied health care for adolescent children.
